Gabriela and Stephen decided to celebrate their nuptials with a micro wedding at the Dye House in Providence, Rhode Island. They planned to celebrate later with family and friends at Castle Hill Inn, and in Peru with Gabriela's family, but worked with the incredible team to pull together a last-minute celebration to tie the knot officially.

The Dye House in Providence is a historic building turned boutique hotel and event space. “The Studio” event space is absolutely gorgeous and offers a clean palette that can be transformed uniquely for all types of celebrations. While it hosts up to 125 guests, it was also perfect for their intimate ceremony and reception.

They wanted a punchy color palette that left an impression. They selected a bright pink and yellow that lit up the room along with citrus details. The room was incredibly cheerful bursting with florals throughout the tables and decor.

We wanted each part of the space to feel separate, but cohesive. We created a separate lounge area, ceremony space, and tables that everyone could mingle between. This incredible vendor team knocked it out of the park! We had an adorable cocktail station with mini charcuterie boards, a mobile bar, and gorgeous signage that all tied together beautifully. Emily at Something Borrowed tied in Gabriela's love of Taylor Swift throughout the signage using her lyrics.

The ceremony space not only looked incredible but was extremely special because it was a long time coming …see what I did there ;). Due to the past few years of rescheduling and halting celebrations, you could see how over the moon they were to officially be married. I loved watching them interact with each other amongst all of the little details created by Ali's team from Eventlightenment. I loved photographing the lounge area and tablescape, but most of all I loved seeing the happiness on Gabriela and Stephen’s faces enjoying their day with their immediate families.
